let me just say, the food was an absoluteley horrendous experience, I was already wishing for home after the first meal. The noise levels were intolerable. I could hear children screaming all night like never before. I woudl ve been satisfied with an upgrade or even a simple welcome gift. I almost thought about giving a good review, but no way.

wonderful base for city strolls and beach visits

Just returned from a lovely weekend stay that allowed me to explore beautiful parks and nearby beaches. each day was filled with walks to gorgeous Cala Bota, which was almost 2 km away, and taking in the sights at Cala Antena, just a short stroll of about 1.5 km away, making the experience truly enjoyable and convenient for a walking enthusiast like me.

It was just a prime choice for a city break in Calas de Mallorca with outstanding value. The entertainment staff were friendly and really kept everyone engaged all day and night. Make sure to arrive early for meals to avoid long waits in the dining area.

The beach was nice, but the restaurant had insufficient capacity.

Exceptional staff made our stay

We enjoyed our time here, discovering the friendly staff who provided exceptional service. The variety of food kept us satisfied, and the kids loved the evening entertainment.

Our room lacked amenities like a kettle and had limited soap. We also found the noise from other guests quite distracting at times, affecting our sleep.

Two lifts for six floors led to frustrating waits!!! Rooms feel dated and require refurbishment!!! The dining hall can become overcrowded during peak times, making the experience quite unpleasant!!!

The lobby's earthy colors and airy layout made it feel welcoming and easy to navigate, perfect for seniors like myself who appreciate a laid-back atmosphere while wandering around the hotel's grounds.

More shaded areas near the pools would be lovely.

The pool was lovely, and my kids loved the mini kids club activities and splash area. We also enjoyed the entertainment, like bingo nights and shows. The vibe was upbeat, and we found the beach easily.

Had a right laugh with the staff! They were proper champions, always keen for a chinwag and a chuckle. Food was alright too, had a right spread every night. Only downside? A bit of a faff getting the lift when busy, had to hoof it down a few times! But would deffo come back again!

i had a fantastic week at canarios park! the animation staff were fantastic, really keeping everyone entertained. the pools were perfect for my kids, with different depths for their abilities. it was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable. we were always able to find tasty food, especially enjoying the fresh fruits.
